Chicken bouillon- You can use beef bouillon if you don’t have chicken bouillon, but chicken bouillon just gives that extra flavor.

Insructions

  1. In a 10-inch pan over medium heat, add oil, and once the pan is hot, add ground beef, onion, and garlic.
  2. Brown the ground beef for 5-10 minutes until it’s fully cooked. You will know it’s fully cooked when the ground beef has turned color.
  3. Once the ground beef is browned and fully cooked, add water, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, salt, ground cumin, and potatoes; mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then down to a simmer and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. You will know when the potatoes are done when you poke them with a fork and they are soft.
