Ground beef- I like to use 93/7 percent fat, you can use a higher percentage if you would like, but after step three, make sure you remove the excess fat before moving to step four.

Insructions
- In a 10-inch pan over medium heat, add oil, and once the pan is hot, add ground beef, onion, and garlic.
- Brown the ground beef for 5-10 minutes until it’s fully cooked. You will know it’s fully cooked when the ground beef has turned color.
- Once the ground beef is browned and fully cooked, add water, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, salt, ground cumin, and potatoes; mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then down to a simmer and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. You will know when the potatoes are done when you poke them with a fork and they are soft.
