This Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe is easy to make with minimal ingredients. They are fluffy, delicious, chocolatey, and you can’t stop at only one.
Muffins are my go-to, quick snack to have on hand for the kids. Because it’s filling, not as messy, which makes it easier for them to clean up after themselves, it takes just as long to make them from scratch as it is to make them out of the box.
Who does not like chocolate? These are just basic muffins that you can not mess up, also can not stop eating. Most of the time, you will see me making a double batch so that everyone can have at least 3.
The smell of muffins in the oven, makes the house smell so good. I love the way it makes the house feel, there is nothing that compares to it.
