Honey Mustard Dressing

You want a sweet and tangy dressing for your salad? I have it right here for you, Honey Mustard Dressing. It that time of year where we start eating more salads because it gets too hot to cook. Salad’s are very refreshing and just make you feel better over all.

If you want your family to eat more greens, a great way to make sure you have a few good dressings under your belt. It makes it so much easier to eat your veggies.

Honey, mustard, oil and apple cider vinegar

This Honey Mustard Dressing can be made in no time at all. It takes 2 mins to put together. Most of these ingredients you might already have on hand.

I like to use raw honey instead of the bear honey, which is the one in the squeeze bottle. What I like about raw honey is it’s minimally processed and keeps most of it’s nutrients. Unlike the honey from the squeeze bottle most nutrients are striped. Honey is great antibacterial and has anitfungal powders.

Also another ingredient that I use here is apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar reduces cholesterol levels, aids in weight loss, helps with lowering blood sugar levels and many other things.

As for the oil I used Sunflower Oil, but you can use any type of oil you please. Dijon mustard goes best with dressing but you can try yellow mustard if you like.

Looking for more salad dressing recipes I also have Avocado Dressing and Sesame Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing.
