Ingredients

  • Oil– Any neutral oil will work.
  • Ground Turkey– I like to use 93/7 percent fat. You can use a higher percentage of fat if you wish.
  • Salt– I have been using Redmonds Real Salt. What I like about it is that it’s not really salty.
  • Black pepper
  • Ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Place oil in a pan over medium to high heat, and once it’s hot, add your ground turkey.
  2. With a meat chopper, break apart the ground turkey; once it’s broken apart, add salt, black pepper, and ground cumin.
  3. Cook until the ground turkey is no longer pink. Once it’s cooked, remove any excess liquid.
