- Dried parsley– Fresh parsley can be used if that’s what you have on hand.

- Eggs– Depending on the size of your chicken, you are going to need 2-3 eggs.
- Thinly slice chicken breast– If you can’t find already prepared thinly sliced chicken breast, cut with regular chicken breast into thin slices.
Instructions
- On a shallow plate, place bread crumbs, cornmeal, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried parsley, or fresh parsley; mix well, and set aside.
- In a separate shallow plate, place flour and set it aside.
- In a separate shallow plate, place eggs, mix well, and set them aside.
- A line the three plates, first flour, eggs, and then bread crumb mixture
- Begin by placing one slice of chicken into the flour covering completely, then into the egg mixture covering completely, and then into the bread crumb mixture covering completely; set aside.Â

- In a medium pan over high heat, heat oil until it’s hot or reaches 350 degrees.
