- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place ground beef and ground pork in a medium bowl; mix until well combined.
- Mix well with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, dried oregano, plain bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Mix the spice mixture into the ground meat mixture; mix until well combined.
- Add the egg to the meat mixture and mix until well.
- Begin shaping the meat mixture into small meatballs. It is unnecessary, but I like to weigh my meatballs because I can never get them the same shape. Considering them to be about 1.5 oz, you will get about 28 meatballs.
- Place a little oil into a medium pan over medium to high heat. Begin browning the meatballs for 1-2 minutes on each side. You are not fully cooking them at this step; you are only browning them from the outside.
