Here is my husbands favorite meal, Slow Cooked Beef Stew Meat with Red Rice. My mother-in-law makes it every year for his birthday.
My mother-in-law showed me how she would make it, I never have asked where she got the recipe. It’s one of those recipes you put together with no measurement, not a clear view of where it’s going and ends up being one of your best meals.
If you are looking for a hearty week night meal this one is it. Slow Cooked Beef Stew Meat with Red Rice. This would go great with mashed potatoes as well.
