I might have mentioned this before, that white chocolate is my daughters’ favorite type of chocolate. So when I think of a recipe I try to incorporate white chocolate into any of my baking. I know this combination is nothing new but this is how I make my cookies.

Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
Let’s start making White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper; set them aside.
- In a small bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a medium bowl add softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar; mix well until it becomes fluffy.
- To the butter mixture add eggs one at a time; mix well, then add vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour mixture to the butter mixture a little at a time; mix until all is incorporated, be careful not to over mix.
- Add white chocolate chips and dried cranberries; mix until all is incorporated.
- With a cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto prepared cookie sheets; about 2 in apart.
- Bake for 10-12 mins, until the edges are slightly brown.

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup butter, soften (or 1 stick )
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Notes
- If you don’t have a cookie scoop, you can use two spoons.Â
- Cookies will remain fresh by storing them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
