Let’s start making Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Cocoa powder
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
- Sugar
- Egg
- Molasses– This is optional, but I feel it gives it a great taste.
- Vanilla
- Peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees; line your cookie sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.
- In a medium bowl, place flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt; mix well and set aside.
- In another medium bowl, place soften butter and sugar; mix well until it becomes fluffy, then add egg, molasses, and vanilla one at a time.
- Mix in the flour mixture into the butter mixture, a little at a time, until all is well combined. Then fold in the peanut butter chips.
- With a cookie scoop or two spoons, scoop out cookie dough and place them about 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- Any remaining cookies can be placed in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
